v      Laundry room is also 2 doors down. 8 am – 10 pm. Wash $1.50/load. Dryer $2/60 min.
v      Trash room is 2 doors down to your right. 7 am – 10 pm.
v      Mini Market on the 1^st floor is open 7 am – 11 pm daily. It stocks all sorts of supplies and foods.
v      Please bring your RJ45 cable. Starting late June 2007, we will have free high speed internet (ADSL) in the condo for our guests to use. Highly recommend SKPE (www.skype.com). If you do not bring your own computer, lobby internet room with computer stations is on the first floor. $0.15 per minute. $0.35 per printed page. Pay wireless internet is available in the condo, different wireless internet suppliers available. Turn on your laptop and check networks in range
v      FREE wireless internet is available in the internet room if you have your own wireless capable laptop or PDA. 1 RJ45 cable is available as well for those without wireless laptops. .

On the recreational deck on the 6^th floor:

v      Swimming pool with lots of chairs 8 am – 9 pm
v      Sauna
v      Mini-putting green.
v      Two jet Jacuzzis, one hot the other hotter.
v      Tennis/Basketball court 8 am – 6 pm. Book time at the security office on the other side of the first floor lobby.
v      Sam’s Snack Bar 10 am – 8 pm daily. All sorts of fast food and some cook to order Hawaiian plate lunches (including meats and fish). 922 0555 ext 620.
v      10 Electrical BBQs. Coin operated $2/1hr.
v      Playground

Condo

v      Full kitchen, equipped for light cooking. Please do not change the settings for the appliances.
v      TV/ DVD. To watch DVD, on the TV remote (Sanyo), press input until Video 2. Listen to music by playing CD or MP3 CD on the DVD player. Same procedure as watching DVD.
v      Local telephone calls free. Toll restriction on the phone. Some toll free numbers may not work due to Hawaiian Telecom limitations. Payphones are available on the 1^st floor.
v      Air conditioning has been set to 72 degrees F. You may control the fan speed and temperature to your liking. However, upon departure, please leave the air conditioning on and return the setting to 72 and fan speed to F1.
v      Extra set of sheets and towels are in the closet.
v      Additional maid service can be arranged at additional cost. Please contact and pay Edwin, our caretaker, directly.

v      Food Pantry Supermarket on Kuhio.
v      ABC stores on almost every other corner.
v      Many restaurants. Highly recommended going to the Oceanarium at Pacific Beach Resort one block away. Large aquarium restaurant. Even if you don’t eat there, walk by and have a look.
v      Aquarium, Zoo, Beaches and Parks.
v      Look for the calendars in Spotlight Hawaii Magazine. Lots of free Hawaiian cultural events close by.
